At the Women Taking Freedom Foundation, we talk a lot about "Moral Injury" and the emotional toll of systemic harm in the healthcare industry. We advocate for the mental health of our registered nurses, who face a 64% greater suicide risk than non-healthcare workers. But to reclaim autonomy, we must also address the physical burden that leads to burnout. Introducing the Smart Exoskeleton into clinical settings is not just a technological advancement; it is an act of advocacy for the physical well-being of the women on the front lines. By reducing the debilitating strain on the musculoskeletal system, this technology helps prevent the chronic pain that often serves as a precursor to emotional exhaustion and workplace trauma.
